Hostile propaganda is spreading fake claims that the russian army struck a “residence of foreign mercenaries” in Dnipro. Propagandists also allege that “ten NATO officers” were killed in the shelling of the Bartolomeo restaurant.
In reality, a massive attack by russian combat drones in Dnipro killed four civilians and injured 21 others. The strike caused multiple fires in the city and significant damage to residential buildings and civilian infrastructure.
By spreading such fakes, the enemy attempts to justify its terrorist act against the civilian population. russia systematically uses this propaganda tactic to deflect responsibility for its crimes against Ukrainians.
