The information circulating online about the alleged fourfold increase in tariffs for water supply and sewerage in Kyiv is not true.
▫️ This was reported by Kyivvodokanal on its official Facebook page, explaining that the discrepancies in charges reported in Telegram channels and social media were due to a technical error in the processing of information in payment systems.
▫️ The company emphasized that tariffs for centralized water supply and sewerage for the population remain at the level in force as of February 24, 2022.
In connection with the technical error, Kyivvodokanal recommends that consumers refrain from paying for water until the problem is completely resolved.
