How the enemy justifies terrorist strikes on Kharkiv
The enemy’s propaganda resources are actively spreading disinformation about the alleged deployment of Ukrainian artillery within the city of Kharkiv.
The Ukrainian military is allegedly doing this to use civilians as human shields. They say that “Banderites do not feel sorry for Kharkiv residents.”
By doing so, the russians are trying to justify their army’s attacks on civilian targets in Kharkiv and at the same time trying to turn the city’s residents against the Ukrainian military.
They also spread outright fakes that the massive shelling of the northern part of Kharkiv in 2022 was carried out by Ukrainian forces, while the russian army allegedly “does not hit civilians.”
In fact, the enemy has long been shelling civilian targets in Kharkiv and other Ukrainian border cities and is trying to justify its war crimes with such fakes.
