Why russian UAVs fly into NATO airspace

In particular, on September 8, a russian drone flew into Romania, which led to a warning of increased danger in several coastal regions. On the same day, a russian UAV violated Latvian airspace for the first time and crashed in the country.
▫️ On the night of September 9, a group of drones was also spotted in Sweden, forcing the largest airport, “Arlanda”, to suspend flights. The airport was closed for an hour and a half, and 5 planes were forced to land at other airports.
❗️With such provocations, the kremlin is trying to destabilize the situation in NATO countries and intimidate the population of these countries with the threat of a direct armed conflict with russia. Fear, according to the kremlin, should prevent the provision of military assistance to Ukraine.
