In addition, locals are being equipped with mobile fire stations using 19th century technology—carts with water, pumps, and shovels.
This is yet another example of the kremlin’s facade of concern for its citizens, who are in fact abandoned to their fate, left to suffer the consequences of the war of aggression initiated by the russian leadership.
