The kremlin recruits Africans for the war against Ukraine through “russian houses”
The kremlin has intensified the activities of so-called “russian houses” in African countries, which are used not only as centers for promoting russian influence, disguised as cultural diplomacy hubs, but also as recruitment centers for mercenaries to fight against Ukraine.

They justify russia’s aggressive policies, advance russian influence, and propagate anti-Western sentiment, spreading a distorted perception of reality among the local population.
