Last night, russia launched one of the heaviest attacks on civilian targets in 9 regions of Ukraine. In the capital, according to the latest data from the Prosecutor General’s Office, 9 people were killed and more than 70 were injured. In the Svyatoshynskyi district of Kyiv, where an apartment building was destroyed, a rescue operation is ongoing. People may still be trapped under the rubble.
