▫️We need to work together so that russia can no longer set conditions, blackmail, and start wars without consequences. This is the foundation of our collective security.
▫️We need to open the first cluster for Ukraine’s membership in the EU. This will send a signal to russia that its efforts to tear Ukraine away from Europe have been futile.
▫️The most effective measures to end the war are those that can help physically stop aggression. In particular, the PURL program helps with this.
▫️The reality of modern warfare is that technologies are changing rapidly. Expertise in the use of modern means is needed. Currently, only the Ukrainian military has this expertise.
▫️Ukrainian security expertise is already being used in countries of the Middle East and the Caucasus. We are starting to implement it in European countries.
▫️We all need Drone Deal bilateral agreements. This is a multi-level system at both the level of European institutions and countries.
▫️In Ukraine, we expect that the 90 billion euro package provided by the European Union will start working in June. And the first part of the funds from this tranche will go towards the production of drones.
▫️Ukraine is not giving up on diplomatic efforts to end this war.
▫️We hope that the issue of ending the war in Ukraine will be raised during the visit of US President Donald Trump to China.
▫️Ukraine is grateful for the significant support it has received throughout all these years of war.
