Fake about the mobilization of Moldovan citizens in Odessa and oblast
Information about the mobilization of Moldovan citizens in Odesa and the region is fake.
Hostile Telegram channels are spreading a fake “document” allegedly issued by the Odesa Territorial Recruitment Center, claiming that individuals with dual citizenship — specifically Moldovan — are being mobilized in Odesa and the surrounding region.
In reality, this is a fake — no such document exists, as confirmed by the Odesa Regional Territorial Recruitment Center and Social Support. The forgery is evident due to grammatical errors, formatting violations, and a fabricated “Presidential Decree of Ukraine No. 69/2025 dated 24.02.2025.”
The actual decree with number 69/2025 is dated February 5, 2025, and pertains to completely different matters.
The goal of this fake is to destabilize the situation in the region.
