CCD and Defence Intelligence of Ukraine expand the “kremlin Mouthpieces” section
The CCD of the National Security and Defense Council, in cooperation with the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, continues to identify russian propagandists.
▫️The Center has submitted another list of russian propagandists to be added to the “Kremlin’s Mouthpieces” section on the War & Sanctions portal. The list includes 11 individuals involved in organizing and executing propaganda and information influence operations against Ukraine.
Among those listed: boris korchevnikov, general director and executive producer of the Spas TV channel; Andrey Medvedev, member of the “special military operation” working group established by putin’s decree, deputy chairman of the moscow city duma and deputy director general of VGTRK; boris yanovsky, executive producer of the Zvezda channel; ekaterina andreeva, host on russian television channels; vitaly averyanov, founder of putin’s Izborsky club; vladimir bortko, film director; russian war correspondents yuriy kotenok and denis kulaga; and others.
▫️The “kremlin’s Mouthpieces” section on the War & Sanctions portal includes a list of russian propagandists and media executives who justify the war against Ukraine, spread hate, and glorify war criminals. This section already includes profiles of 94 russian propagandists and is continuously being updated.
We call for strengthened sanctions against the kremlin’s propagandists and for preventing any form of cooperation with them.
