CCD and Defence Intelligence of Ukraine expand the “kremlin Mouthpieces” section
The Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, continues to expose new data on russian propagandists.
▫️ The “kremlin mouthpieces” section of the War & Sanctions portal has been updated with information on 16 more individuals who systematically serve russian propaganda — justifying aggression against Ukraine, spreading disinformation, and even fundraising for the russian army.
Among those added:
▫️ olga kiriy – rt documentary journalist and producer of propaganda films;
▫️ sergey georgiev – war correspondent for ria “novosti crimea,” appointed as the so-called “ombudsman” for Kherson region;
▫️ renat shavlo (alias “georgy medvedev”) – russian war propagandist, tg channel host and author of pro-war books;
▫️ pavel kukushkin – war correspondent for the “pyatnashka” brigade of the russian armed forces;
▫️ evgeniy zhulidov, evgeniy aleynik, tatyana aksenienko, and alesya lyankevich – administrators of pro-war telegram channels and members of the russian military.
The “kremlin mouthpieces” section contains profiles of 136 russian propagandists and media figures who justify the war, spread hate, and glorify war crimes — and the list continues to grow.
We urge the international community to strengthen sanctions against kremlin propagandists and eliminate any possibility of cooperation with them.
