How the lend-lease works

The lend-lease program is a U.S. government program for supplying allies.

The law passed by Congress will accelerate the transfer of military and other supplies to Ukraine – payments for the supplies are postponed until later. The Russians’ funds “frozen” by the sanctions could compensate for the US expenses.

What does the lend-lease law change for Ukraine?

1. Fast decision-making. The lend-lease will allow the Biden administration to bypass many bureaucratic “obstacles” in order to increase military assistance to Ukraine as soon as possible.

2. Deliveries of essentials. The lend-lease law provides an opportunity to deliver arms, transportation, food, and aid from the United States to Ukraine as soon as possible through the territory of allies.

3. Confidence in victory. The adopted law on lend-lease means that the United States and its allies are confident in Ukraine’s victory over russia.

We will win together!
