“gazprom” and “rosneft” involved in the deportation of Ukrainian children
A new study by Yale University directly points to the involvement of russian state energy giants “gazprom” and “rosneft” in the removal and “re-education” of Ukrainian children from occupied territories.
▫️ According to the researchers, over 2,000 children from Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia regions were transported to camps in russia and occupied Crimea. Some of these camps were owned by or affiliated with gazprom, while rosneft facilitated the transfer of children through its own union programs.
▫️ The companies funded these trips through special vouchers, allowing children to attend camps with ideological programming. In some cases, transfers occurred without proper parental consent. This further disproves ru-propaganda claims of “evacuation” or “recreational programs” for children.
The forced relocation of children from occupied territories and their subsequent “re-education” constitutes a war crime, already documented by international institutions, including the International Criminal Court. These new findings reinforce the understanding that this is a centralized state policy aimed at altering the identity of Ukrainian children, executed using the resources of major corporations.
