russian intelligence tries to cover its European sabotage with propaganda
The russian foreign intelligence service once again falsely accuses Ukraine of preparing an alleged “high-profile sabotage operation by a sabotage and reconnaissance group in Poland.”
▫️Specifically, the fis claims that Ukraine allegedly plans to stage an attack on critical infrastructure in Poland, blaming russian and belarusian special forces, “to drag European countries into a war with russia.”
These claims have nothing to do with reality and are a typical tactic of the russian foreign intelligence service. Previously, they repeatedly alleged Ukraine was preparing “bloody provocations” in Europe.
The real goal of such statements is to create an informational alibi for russian provocations in EU countries and to stir fear and panic in Europe.
In reality, russia itself is responsible for a number of sabotage acts in EU and NATO countries to disrupt military aid to Ukraine from its allies.
