russian propaganda is once again trying to shift responsibility away from russia for the killings of civilians in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities.
Immediately after another massive missile and UAV attack, propagandists began promoting the narrative that all russian strikes are allegedly aimed exclusively at military targets, and that hits on residential buildings resulting in civilian deaths are “the result of Ukrainian air defense.”
Such statements are a cynical and blatant lie by russian propaganda, which kremlin resorts to after every terrorist attack on Ukraine to justify the actions of the russian army and attempt to provoke a rift between the military and civilians in Ukraine.
Deliberate attacks on civilians are a war crime, and the responsibility lies solely with russia.
