Propaganda messages are actually &#8221; wrapped&#8221; in such data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The purpose of using &#8220;bypassing from the flank&#8221; <\/strong>is to draw the audience&#8217;s attention to familiar information in order to be able to convey the necessary information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When using &#8220;bypassing from the flank&#8221;, street names and house numbers are often used &#8211; many details that are accurate, to which propaganda theses are &#8220;unobtrusively&#8221; added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In public reports, the russian Ministry of Defense indicates the &#8220;exact addresses&#8221; of the locations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units &#8220;located in dangerous proximity to civilian objects&#8221; such as: &#8220;in Dnipro, units of national formations and artillery are deployed on the territory of school \u2116129 (Kosmonavtiv Street), while no evacuation of residents of nearby buildings was organized&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Bypassing from the flank&#8221; is the dosed transfer of reliable information, the accuracy of which is known to listeners or readers in advance and can be easily verified by them.
