The document was prepared by the kremlin\u2019s pocket \u00abpublic tribunal\u00bb, which has no international or legal status. The content of the materials handed over is yet another collection of cynical fakes: russia calls the mass killings of civilians in Kyiv region a \u00abbloody staging\u00bb and declares the peaceful residents killed by russians to be \u00abeliminated military personnel\u00bb or \u00abpeople who died of illnesses\u00bb.<\/p>\n
The kremlin deliberately uses high-level diplomatic meetings and prominent international institutions to make its propaganda look like an \u00abofficial document\u00bb and an \u00abalternative position\u00bb.<\/p>\n
