The document was presented at the state-run propaganda news agency TASS with the active assistance of russia\u2019s foreign ministry. It was authored by the so-called \u00abinternational public tribunal on the crimes of ukrainian neo-nazis\u00bb. This structure is exclusively a propaganda entity created by the kremlin and has no legal status or recognition.<\/p>\n
The \u00abreport\u00bb itself is also a collection of manipulations and lies. In particular, dead civilians are declared to be \u00abUkrainian Armed Forces personnel\u00bb or people who \u00abdied of illnesses\u00bb. The authors of the report also cynically claim that Ukrainian military personnel deliberately killed elderly people in Kyiv region in order to later blame russia for it.<\/p>\n
The occupiers disguise the fake report as a \u00ablegal document\u00bb containing \u00abirrefutable evidence\u00bb to give it weight in the information space. russian foreign ministry spokesperson maria zakharova has already stated that they intend to use this pseudo-investigation at the UN General Assembly as an official position.<\/p>\n
