Screenshots allegedly taken from Ukrainian websites and showing contextual advertisements on behalf of the Armed Forces of Ukraine featuring women in military uniforms and the slogan \u00abNow it\u2019s your turn. Show your superpower\u00bb are being spread on social media and hostile Telegram-channels. Propagandists claim that society is allegedly being \u00abgradually prepared for women\u2019s mobilisation\u00bb in this way.<\/p>\n
In reality, no such advertising campaign exists, and the screenshots being circulated are fake. Ukrainian media outlets and websites have not published such banners.<\/p>\n
This is another stage of russia\u2019s long-running disinformation campaign. For example, the enemy recently spread a similar fake about advertisements for military service for housewives on the streets of Ukrainian cities.<\/p>\n
The enemy\u2019s goal is to artificially create a sense of the \u00abinevitability of forced mobilisation of women\u00bb, sow anxiety and discredit voluntary recruitment into the Defence Forces.<\/p>\n
We emphasise: women\u2019s mobilisation is neither taking place nor planned in Ukraine. Women join the Defence Forces exclusively on a voluntary basis.
