It is telling that peskov made these statements during yet another drone attack on Kyiv, while the night before, russia had launched a massive missile strike on the Ukrainian capital, killing and injuring civilians. Notably, the kremlin carried out these massive attacks immediately after visits by American negotiators to Kyiv and moscow.<\/p>\n
In reality, Kyiv consistently supports a peaceful settlement and has repeatedly expressed its readiness for negotiations in any effective format.
