Under the pretext of \u201cproviding information,\u201d occupiers may cross-check demographic databases, identify vacant homes for subsequent confiscation, and record people who continue to avoid obtaining russian passports and cooperating with the occupation regime. In other words, this amounts to total surveillance and psychological pressure.<\/p>\n
