Hostile Telegram channels are spreading staged videos allegedly showing “Ukrainian patriots” trampling on a Polish flag. The main goal of this disinformation is to create a false impression that anti-Polish sentiment is growing in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
The videos exhibit all the hallmarks of a cheap production: the “actors” behave extremely cautiously and hide in deserted locations, and a small piece of fabric or paper in white and red colors is used as the “flag.”<\/p>\n
It should be noted that such videos are typical of the methods used by russian handlers who recruit Ukrainians. New agents are given simple tasks, such as filming themselves desecrating a flag, in order to gradually involve them in more complex operations \u2013 real sabotage or acts of terrorism.<\/p>\n
It is noteworthy that these videos have not gained any traction in the Ukrainian segment of social media and are circulating exclusively in russian sources. Due to the lack of any real basis in Ukraine, the enemy is forced to resort to manually fabricating “evidence,” and even these attempts appear absurd.<\/p>\n
