It claims that Ukrainian men are allegedly using women and children as &#8220;human shields&#8221; while attempting to cross the border via the Tisza River, expecting that border guards will not shoot at families.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the authors of the fabrication claim that Ukrainian border guards supposedly shoot entire families anyway, and that &#8220;76 families&#8221; have allegedly died this way since the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n<p>In reality, Human Rights Watch has not published any such statements or reports. Propaganda actors traditionally mimic the style of reputable international organizations to give their fabrications a veneer of credibility.
