The visit was implemented with the support of the European Union Advisory Mission in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-47549 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cpd.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/img_20260603_101354_156-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpd.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/img_20260603_101354_156-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cpd.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/img_20260603_101354_156.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Representatives of the Center held meetings with Portuguese partners, including representatives of the European Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other state institutions whose activities are related to countering foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI). During the meetings, the Ukrainian side presented practical experience of Ukraine in countering disinformation under conditions of full-scale war.<\/p>\n<p>Particular attention was given to closed discussions with leading fact-checkers and journalists of Portugal, during which methods of exposing fakes, identifying information operations, and the use of artificial intelligence technologies in countering FIMI were discussed.
