\u25ab\ufe0f Claims circulated in russian Telegram channels alleging that Ukraine had supposedly \u201cmined and blown up the building itself for the sake of media coverage\u201d are outright absurd. While the enemy invents baseless theories, Ukrainian investigators and experts at the strike site are systematically documenting the crime and collecting evidence. According to preliminary data, the residential building in Kyiv was struck by a russian Kh-101 missile.<\/p>\n
Full responsibility for the deaths of civilians in Kyiv and the destruction of civilian infrastructure lies solely with the russian federation.
