As a result of the attack, approximately 30% of the information was compromised, including patients\u2019 personal data and information on financial transactions within the healthcare system.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f Specialists from Moldova\u2019s Cybersecurity Agency confirmed that the attack was a coordinated operation conducted by russian intelligence services aimed at stealing sensitive data of Moldovan citizens.<\/p>\n<p>\u2757\ufe0f The attack targeted a key platform that consolidates data from regional and central hospitals. Such a choice of target is intended to destabilize the social sector and undermine trust in state digital services.
