{"id":45231,"date":"2026-03-25T10:39:10","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T08:39:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cpd.gov.ua\/?p=45231"},"modified":"2026-03-25T10:41:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T08:41:59","slug":"ccd-and-diu-expand-the-kremlin-mouthpieces-section","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cpd.gov.ua\/en\/international-threats-en\/europe\/ccd-and-diu-expand-the-kremlin-mouthpieces-section\/","title":{"rendered":"CCD and DIU expand the \u201ckremlin Mouthpieces\u201d section"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, systematically exposes public figures who promote propaganda in the interests of the Kremlin.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f The \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/war-sanctions.gur.gov.ua\/en\/propaganda\/persons\">kremlin Mouthpieces<\/a>\u201d section of the War&amp;Sanctions portal has been updated with data on five more russian propagandists who conduct disinformation campaigns, justify aggression against Ukraine and the occupation of Ukrainian territories, glorify russian war criminals, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Among the newly added individuals:<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f vladimir agranovich \u2014 a russian war correspondent and director who received state grants to produce propaganda content about Donbas and was awarded for cultural activities in the \u201cnew territories\u201d;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f sergey kolesnikov \u2014 a blogger and propagandist, member of the bloggers\u2019 council under the state duma of the russian federation, and a speaker for a number of russian propaganda outlets;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f stalina gurevich \u2014 a public figure and lawyer, an expert at the \u201cMonitoring Center for Detecting Dangerous and Prohibited Content,\u201d who has actively participated in disinformation campaigns aimed at discrediting Ukraine\u2019s Defense Forces.<\/p>\n<p>At present, the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/war-sanctions.gur.gov.ua\/en\">kremlin Mouthpieces<\/a>\u201d section of the War&amp;Sanctions portal contains information on 181 individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Work on updating the \u201ckremlin Mouthpieces\u201d list is ongoing.
