\u25ab\ufe0f Approximately 30% of the recorded interference is attributed to russia. At the same time, a significant portion of sources remains unidentified. However, the report\u2019s authors note that much of this \u201cgrey zone\u201d may also be linked to russian influence networks.<\/p>\n
\u25ab\ufe0f The report emphasizes that russian actors have fully mastered AI tools. This allows them to create content faster, scale campaigns, and reach wider audiences at lower cost. The scale of such operations is expected to grow further in 2026.<\/p>\n
Since the start of the full-scale invasion in 2022, information manipulation has become one of the key instruments of russia\u2019s hybrid war against Ukraine. According to EU assessments, russia spends billions of euros on such operations and remains the largest source of disinformation campaigns globally.<\/p>\n
