{"id":44162,"date":"2026-02-26T10:38:47","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T08:38:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cpd.gov.ua\/?p=44162"},"modified":"2026-02-26T10:46:18","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T08:46:18","slug":"ccd-and-diu-continue-the-kremlin-mouthpieces-section","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cpd.gov.ua\/en\/international-threats-en\/europe\/ccd-and-diu-continue-the-kremlin-mouthpieces-section\/","title":{"rendered":"CCD and DIU continue the \u201ckremlin Mouthpieces\u201d section"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, continues its systematic efforts to expose public figures engaged in kremlin military propaganda.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f The <a href=\"https:\/\/war-sanctions.gur.gov.ua\/en\/propaganda\/persons\">\u201ckremlin Mouthpieces\u201d<\/a> section of the War &amp; Sanctions portal has been updated with information on ten additional russian individuals who operate in the interests of russian propaganda, justify aggression against Ukraine and the occupation of Ukrainian territories, glorify russian war criminals, and raise funds for the russian army.<\/p>\n<p>The newly added individuals include:<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f sergey aleksandrovich mikheyev \u2014 russian political analyst, radio and television host, propagandist, and head of the expert advisory council under the so-called head of the Republic of Crimea;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f vladimir aleksandrovich kucherenko \/ maksim aleksandrovich kalashnikov \u2014 russian journalist, propagandist, and writer;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f andrey kirillovich kosolapov \/ macan \u2014 russian rap artist and songwriter, serviceman of an elite rosgvardiya unit, used by propaganda to glorify military service in the russian federation;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f sergey vladimirovich polunin \u2014 russian ballet dancer who actively supports russia\u2019s aggressive war against Ukraine, praises putin, and endorses his policies.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/war-sanctions.gur.gov.ua\/en\/propaganda\/persons\">\u201ckremlin Mouthpieces\u201d<\/a> section of the War &amp; Sanctions portal currently contains information on 176 individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Work on updating the list of \u201cKremlin Mouthpieces\u201d is ongoing.
