In reality, as of today, no decisions have been made \u2014 nor are any being prepared \u2014 to lower the mobilization age in Ukraine. Such statements have no factual basis whatsoever.<\/p>\n
Regarding the published \u201cannouncement\u201d purportedly issued on behalf of an agricultural college, the Center has found no such notice on the institution\u2019s official website or on its verified social media accounts.<\/p>\n
This indicates a likely forgery or manipulative use of the educational institution\u2019s visual identity.<\/p>\n
The spread of such messages is part of a disinformation campaign aimed at fueling fear, destabilizing public sentiment, and discrediting state institutions.<\/p>\n
