\u25ab\ufe0fDespite its grand-sounding name, this body has nothing international about it: it has no legal status and is not recognized by any reputable international human rights organization. It is a media project created by the kremlin solely for propaganda against Ukraine.<\/p>\n
\u25ab\ufe0fThe main tool of this pseudo-tribunal is video \u201cconfessions\u201d of Ukrainian prisoners of war, clearly obtained under pressure and torture. Such \u201creports\u201d have no legal or procedural value and are not used in international law.<\/p>\n
For many years, russia has been fabricating \u201cevidence of Ukraine\u2019s war crimes\u201d that is not confirmed by any independent sources.
