All available generation is currently directed exclusively to meeting the country&#8217;s domestic needs.<\/p>\n<p>The spread of such narratives is a typical example of an enemy information operation. Its goal is to sow distrust, provoke internal conflicts, and destabilise the situation within the country.<\/p>\n<p>In reality, the only reason for the power outages is russia&#8217;s systematic terrorist attacks on Ukraine&#8217;s energy infrastructure. The difference in the scale and duration of power outages between regions is explained by the fact that the enemy is deliberately attacking not only power generation facilities, but also the power lines that connect the regions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Centre has recorded an increase in disinformation campaigns about power cuts in Ukraine.
