The village has been under occupation since 2022, yet the much-publicized russian \u201creconstruction\u201d has never started.<\/p>\n
\u25ab\ufe0fIn the video, the propagandist repeatedly claims that Ukrainian forces allegedly destroyed the village. This is a typical russian lie, meant to absolve themselves of responsibility for their own crimes.<\/p>\n
\u25ab\ufe0fmalkevich also boasts that once a month, russian \u201cvolunteers\u201d visit Toshkivka to deliver essential items\u2014food, hygiene products, clothing\u2014which are presented as \u201cgreat happiness.\u201d But he forgets the main point: before russia\u2019s arrival, the local people did not need these handouts. They had jobs, homes, and a normal life.<\/p>\n
