They also circulate allegations that Ukrainian soldiers in civilian clothes deliberately fired at civilians.<\/p>\n<p>As in previous cases, no evidence of these so-called \u201ccrimes\u201d exists. russian reports rely on \u201ctestimonies\u201d from people under occupation and on drone footage that cannot prove the location, circumstances, or who actually attacked civilians.
