They circulate a video that is meant to \u201cprove\u201d these accusations.<\/p>\n<p>The use of such \u201cvideo evidence\u201d is a typical russian propaganda tactic. In reality, the video contains no proof whatsoever. It does not allow identification of the location or time of filming, nor the contents or origin of the test tubes presented as \u201cUkrainian chemical agents.\u201d This is yet another piece of enemy disinformation with no connection to reality.<\/p>\n<p>russia has spread similar fakes many times before.
