Khoperiya shared Ukraine&#8217;s experience in building a comprehensive protection system in the cognitive sphere, where disinformation is viewed not only as a communication issue but as a national security threat. According to her, russian information aggression knows no borders, so countering it must also be global \u2013 active, proactive, and strategic actions to achieve the maximum result.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f A.
