In the national republics of the russian federation, authorities have abolished mandatory teaching of native languages in schools. russia has withdrawn from the Council of Europe\u2019s Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, and residents of national republics are being mobilized for the war against Ukraine in numbers disproportionate to their population size.<\/p>\n
