The tactic is called LLM grooming. Its essence is to flood the internet with fake materials so that this data enters machine learning systems. As a result, AI begins to reproduce kremlin messages. The Center has also highlighted this strategy.
\nThis is a new form of informational influence \u2014 manipulations occur not only through social media or fake news but also through technological infrastructure that millions perceive as a reliable source of information.<\/p>\n
Importantly, unlike classical propaganda, AI-based influence does not require human intermediaries. AI algorithms can spread kremlin messages at a scale and speed unattainable by traditional media. In this way, every chatbot or search query can become a hidden channel of influence.<\/p>\n
This creates a fundamentally new threat for the democratic world \u2014 the undermining of information sovereignty.
