\u25ab\ufe0f This rhetoric is not accidental. The \u201cprotection of russian speakers\u201d formula was already used by russia as a pretext for military aggression against Ukraine in 2014. Back then, the kremlin similarly created an information background, accusing Ukraine of \u201coppressing\u201d russian-speaking citizens to justify the war and occupation of Ukrainian territories.<\/p>\n
Now this scenario is being repeated in relation to the Baltic states. Such statements should be viewed as part of a systemic information campaign.
