In this way, the enemy tries to create the illusion that russian forces are not responsible for the destruction of the cities \u2014 portraying their attacks as mere \u201cresponses to local requests\u201d.<\/p>\n
In reality, such statements are another cynical attempt to excuse russia for its daily terrorist assaults on Ukrainian cities.
