In these textbooks, children are presented with the myth of an \u201cancient connection\u201d of the occupied territories to russia and Ukraine is depicted as the \u201cenemy.\u201d This is an attempt to separate the younger generation from the Ukrainian state and culture, erase Ukrainian identity, and replace it with a russian one.<\/p>\n
The kremlin understands that the \u201cfront of minds\u201d is no less important than the military front.
