\u25ab\ufe0f In reality, this is yet another turn in tightening control. The russian authorities have simply found an area where restrictions do not yet exist and now want to \u201ctighten the screws\u201d there too. It is a logical continuation of existing restrictions: blocking calls on Telegram and WhatsApp, regular mobile internet shutdowns, and more.<\/p>\n
