The owner of the service \u2013 \u201cgazprom-media\u201d holding \u2013 confirmed plans for its reorganization.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f Despite YouTube being blocked in russia and rutube effectively having no competitors, the service generates no revenue. This again proves that forced \u201cimport substitution\u201d under isolation does not work.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f For \u201cgazprom\u201d, maintaining unprofitable media projects is becoming an increasingly difficult task.
