For comparison: last year during the same period \u2014 15.4 thousand, and in all of 2024 \u2014 only 31.7 thousand, the worst result in 14 years. Initiatives such as \u201cgolden visas\u201d and resettlement programs for \u201cseekers of traditional values\u201d from the West also failed.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f The reasons are obvious. First, the war against Ukraine waged by the kremlin has damaged russia\u2019s image worldwide and made it dangerous to live there.
