Ukraine has repeatedly emphasized its readiness to carry out exchanges based on the \u201call for all\u201d principle. Any delays in exchanges are caused solely by russia\u2019s position, which uses the issue of prisoners of war as a tool for political and informational pressure. russia\u2019s goal is to disrupt the \u201call for all\u201d exchange through this information operation.<\/p>\n
