But today, russia can no longer maintain these levers: sanctions, war-related expenses, and the loss of partners\u2019 trust are making it increasingly unattractive even to its closest allies.<\/p>\n Earlier, the Center reported on the crisis at russia\u2019s strategic project in Turkey \u2014 Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant \u2014 where russian workers haven\u2019t been paid since May, and the total number of personnel has dropped fourfold.
