Previously, the Center reported that russian authorities are raising utility tariffs in the TOT, yet residents receive no services.<\/p>\n
This situation is a vivid example of corruption, irresponsibility, and decay in the so-called \u201cliberated\u201d territories, where even the most basic needs of citizens are ignored.
