\u25ab\ufe0f The “document” is not registered with the Document Management Department of the Cabinet of Ministers, as required by standard procedures. The “letter” contains gross spelling mistakes, inconsistent business style, improper formatting, and a signatory without the proper authority. Furthermore, the names of territorial units do not correspond to the actual names of the State Forest Agency’s structural divisions.<\/p>\n
Such fakes are part of russia’s information-psychological operations aimed at undermining trust in Ukrainian state institutions and allies. The primary goal is to spread panic among citizens and create a false narrative about an alleged “sale of state resources in exchange for aid.”<\/p>\n
