However, a closer look at the legal details reveals the true purpose of this decree: to deprive foreigners of the right to leave the army after their contract ends.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f putin\u2019s decree on \u201cpartial mobilization\u201d from September 21, 2022, is still in effect. This document includes a provision stating that servicemen cannot be discharged until the mobilization is officially ended, except in certain cases \u2014 such as reaching the age limit, serious illness, or a court sentence.
