While propaganda labels the hike as \u201cminor,\u201d in reality, fares have increased by 60% since the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0fRaising the cost of basic services is a common tactic used by russia in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
